Your Right to Cancel

If you purchase a book from us, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive the item.

To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at info@sukichan.co.uk before the cancellation period expires.

Returning Goods

Once you notify us of your wish to cancel, you must return the book to us within 14 days.
Returned books must be unused, unopened and in resaleable condition.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item in acceptable condition, using your original payment method.

Limited Edition Artworks

Limited edition artworks are non-refundable and not eligible for cancellation or return, unless they are damaged or faulty on arrival, in which case your statutory rights apply.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days at info@sukichan.co.uk with your order number and images, so we can arrange a replacement or refund in line with your consumer rights.
